February 2, 2005, attorneys George Driscoll and Derek Brown of the Dunham Law Firm received a NOT GUILTY verdict from a Tarrant County Jury on a Driving While Intoxicated case in Fort Worth, Texas. The arresting agency was Grapevine Police Department. Mr. Driscoll and Mr. Brown's client did not submit to any breath, blood or urine tests, but did complete a field sobriety test.
